Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all use of this website and the Cloud Readiness Assessment tool operated by Aeygis Health ("Aeygis Health," "we," "us"). If your organization is engaged in a managed cloud, migration, or compliance services agreement with us, that agreement's own acceptable-use terms govern your use of any delivered infrastructure or systems, and this AUP applies to your use of this website.

1. Permitted Use

This website and the Cloud Readiness Assessment tool may be used only for legitimate business purposes — including requesting information about our services, completing the assessment for your organization, and contacting our sales team.

2. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Use the Site to store or transmit unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, data, or system outside what is intended for public use
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Site
• Introduce malware, or conduct penetration testing or security scans without prior written authorization from Aeygis Health
• Submit the assessment tool or contact forms with false, misleading, or spam content
• Use automated scripts, bots, or bulk data extraction that degrade Site performance for other visitors

3. Data Accuracy

If you use the Cloud Readiness Assessment tool, the estimates it generates are only as accurate as the information you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of the organizational information you enter.

4. Enforcement

Aeygis Health reserves the right to restrict or block access to the Site for any use found to be in violation of this AUP, particularly where the violation poses a security risk or legal liability.

5. Reporting Violations

Suspected violations of this AUP may be reported to aws@aeygis.com.
