This Privacy Policy explains how Aeygis Health ("Aeygis Health," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with this website and the Cloud Readiness Assessment tool available on it (together, the "Site").
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you choose to give us through two features of the Site:
- Contact and sales inquiries. When you use the "Contact Sales" form, we collect your name, business email, phone number (optional), organization name, and any message you provide.
- Cloud Readiness Assessment. When you complete the assessment tool, we collect your name, email, phone number (optional), job title, organization name, organization type and size, province, and general operational details you provide (such as provider or location counts, where your systems are currently hosted, approximate IT spend, downtime history, and your current security and compliance posture) so we can generate your report and follow up.
We do not ask for, and the Site is not designed to collect, patient health records, Social Insurance Numbers, or banking details.
2. How We Use This Information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your inquiry and generate your assessment report
- Follow up about Aeygis Health's services if you choose to move forward
- Improve our sales, assessment, and onboarding process
- Send information relevant to your inquiry
3. Where This Information Is Stored
Submissions from this Site are delivered by email to our sales team. The website itself is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure, consistent with the Canadian-region hosting approach we build for our own clients.
4. Legal Basis and Your Rights
Aeygis Health collects and uses this information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, where applicable, Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). You may withdraw consent to further communication at any time, and you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information by contacting us using the details in Section 8.
5. Managed Services Engagements
If your organization engages Aeygis Health for managed cloud, migration, or compliance services, any handling of your organization's data as part of that engagement (including data belonging to your patients, staff, or clients) is governed by the separate service agreement executed for that engagement, not by this Site-focused Privacy Policy. In that role, we act on your organization's instructions as a service provider, and your organization remains responsible for that data.
6. Data Storage and Security
We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold, including encryption in transit, access controls, and Canadian AWS-region hosting. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Disclosure of Information
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to:
- Service providers who support our operations (such as cloud hosting and email delivery), under confidentiality obligations
- Professional advisors (legal, accounting) as needed
- Authorities, where required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public
- A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
8. Data Retention
Inquiry and assessment data is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to follow up on your request and, if you become a client, to support onboarding, or until you withdraw consent.
9. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for business use and is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
