These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and the Cloud Readiness Assessment tool, operated by Aeygis Health ("Aeygis Health," "we," "us"). By accessing this website or using the assessment tool, you agree to these Terms. If your organization enters into a services agreement with Aeygis Health for migration, managed cloud, or compliance services, that agreement governs the engagement and will control in the event of any conflict with these Terms.
1. Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with its operation, security, or availability. You may not:
- Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Site or underlying systems
- Introduce malicious code, scrape content at scale, or interfere with normal use by others
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content or branding without written permission
2. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including the Aeygis Health name, logo, service descriptions, and the Cloud Readiness Assessment tool — is the property of Aeygis Health or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property law. No license is granted except as necessary to view the Site for evaluation purposes.
3. Cloud Readiness Assessment
The assessment tool provides preliminary, non-binding estimates based on the information you enter. Results are illustrative, not a quotation, and do not constitute a formal proposal or guarantee of cost, timeline, or outcome. A formal engagement is scoped separately after a discovery conversation with our team.
4. Site Information
While we make reasonable efforts to keep service descriptions and other Site content accurate and current, we do not guarantee that all content is complete or error-free. Services and availability described on this website are subject to change and are superseded by the terms of any signed service agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aeygis Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the assessment tool. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any right or remedy that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Ontario or Canadian law.
